My blog is totally dead, and ugly, ugly, ugly. I need an expert to help me fix it up. Pretty please. Frankly, there's nothing much to blog about except post examinations, which commenced yesterday.

We had a spelling bee and a bible recitation competition yesterday. But everyone only looks forward to the sports competition, am I right? Well, we had handball and chess, which I really do not consider as a sport. I'm utterly proud of my class, and the people too. Oh, and the most hilarious story would be me winning chess. Honestly, I really hate the game. It's a waste of time and brains. Remind me to never play it again.

Today, we watched a movie in the hall, together with the juniors. Surprisingly, I managed to stay awake throughout the whole movie. Two thumbs up for me. It wasn't that dull. I reckon it's the suspense. What on earth am I talking about? Anyway, we owned handball again today. We, meaning my class. We didn't do too well in chess. Half of the time, I've got the Indian song playing over and over again in my head. Oh bother.

We have creative model building tomorrow. I still have no idea on what to build. Perhaps the Great Wall of China? Oh wait, that isn't a building. We'll just brainstorm tomorrow I reckon. We are M class after all! ; )

I'm at Ain's now and she's sleeping peacefully on her bed. I'd take a picture of her but I'm afraid she might kick me out of the house. Hopefully the sound of the keyboard doesn't wake her up from her beauty sleep.

So, the finals are over and done with. Some of my results are pretty unsatisfactory, some show slight improvements, some are just well, uncommendable. I feel intimidated when it comes to this because I have two geniuses in my class. I wonder who.. No idea how they can obtain such commendable results. The brains of some people. Okay, no point complaining because I guess I deserve it. Should've studied much, much earlier than supposed to but knowing me, hehe. *sheepish grin*

I've got a couple of things in mind for the upcoming school holidays. I really want to work but I doubt my parents want me to. I guess I'll be stuck at home for seven weeks then. Oh bother. I'm going to enjoy it while I still can for next year will be major examination year! Ugh, time flies so quickly. In just a blink of an eye, I'll soon be graduating from college, get a job and probably start a family. They say that high school years are the best years of your life so do treasure and cherish every moment of it! Come to think of it, I don't want to leave high school and most importantly, all my friends. In actual fact, I can't imagine us going our separate ways, leading our own lives but who knows right? We might end up meeting again in 5 years' or in a decade's time. Some of us might be having our own kids already, some might even be the next astronaut. Haha.

Off I go to reminisce about the good old days.

Oh wait, it's a song. =) Although we tease you a hell lot you know deep down inside, we do not sincerely mean the nasty things we say. It's just our nature to look at our little Li Ching pout and sulk and have tears nearly roll down her face. Teehee. But look at you. My beloved blog is supposed to be on a hiatus but dear Li Ching requested that I should update it for a particular reason.

This conversation took place when we were supposedly "studying" at our church's cafe yesterday.

Mich: *utters a few words*

All of a sudden, something flies towards her direction, lands on her blouse and plops down to the floor when she brushes it off.

Becca: What is that??

Mich looks down at that something to check it out. She screams and runs far far away.

Becca looks down at that something and laughs. It was a cricket. A brown, dull looking one.

Lauren screams and runs far far away too.

Li Ching stands up, lifts a chair and tries to kill the insect with the leg of the chair. Becca witnesses the brutal incident only to watch as the cricket's intestines oozes out.

Becca: EUW! Li Ching, you are disgusting!
Li Ching: I know.
Becca: It's still moving!

Li Ching continues to squash the insect with the leg of the chair. Mr Cricket is a strong one but eventually dies in the hands of evil Li Ching!

Lauren and Mich returns to the table. The cricket is left to die. How thoughtful of Li Ching. Mich takes another chair and sits far far away from the deceased Mr Cricket.

Lauren: So, are you gonna leave it there?

Li Ching: Yeahh.

Lauren: But what if an old lady sees it and suffers from a heart attack?

Everyone looks at Lauren and laughs uproariously. ROFL! Lauren is so hilarious and cute. =)

Tomorrow will be Interact Club's 33rd Installation Day. And I'm feeling very worried about our cultural performance. One way or another, I can't escape from it anyway. Why am I even talking about this?

It will be my parents' 18th anniversary this weekend. And in two years time, the date will be 09-09-09. I think they're gonna have a really grand celebration and leave us children at home. =( 20 years is a long time! I miss joyful moments. I need to learn how to cherish it. It's been a long time since I truly experienced joy. Oh well. Many things have changed now. And I reckon I will learn something from it.

Anyway! Last week, I wrote a little note, on behalf of all my friends, to Sandra's dad to wish him a happy birthday. It was simple, really, on a cut off piece of test pad. And to our pleasant surprise, her dad wrote us a letter, thanking us for wishing him. So cute. That really made my day because I feel appreciated.

Okay, excuse the English in this post. I'm actually in a rush. Need to prepare some stuff. Off I go. Will post on Perth trip........... When the exams are over and done with.
